About Us

Consider it… Therapy is a collective of dedicated therapists in Central Glasgow. Our team is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draws on a range of other modalities, allowing us to tailor our support to your unique needs in a compassionate, person-centred manner.

We work with individuals aged 18 and above, offering short-term and long-term therapy. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, low mood, grief, chronic pain, or other life challenges, we're here to help you navigate through them. Our therapists have diverse backgrounds and expertise, ensuring you receive the compassionate, empathetic, and supportive care you deserve. As individuals with lived experiences of neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ issues, we are committed to providing an anti-oppressive and gender-affirming space for all our clients.

Sessions can be face-to-face, online, or by phone, making our services accessible and convenient.

From time to time, we will also offer groupwork sessions. These will be a fixed number of sessions for small groups, which provide an introduction to CBT, as well as focusing on one issue, such as Social Anxiety or Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Our Story

We are a team of like-minded therapists who met during our training.

Our backgrounds and experiences are diverse, yet we share a common passion for working collaboratively and respectfully with people, centring on each client’s unique identity and personal journey.

We decided to go into practice together to create a safe and comfortable space where our clients can explore their difficulties, unpack their thoughts and feelings, work towards greater self-understanding and experience personal growth with our support and facilitation.

We are committed to empowering our clients today and in the long term.
