We created these rooms because we wanted a space that actually felt good to be in. Comfortable chairs, good light, no corporate sterility.

Our minimum booking is 90 minutes, not 60, giving you time to settle in before a client arrives, time to actually finish a conversation, and space before the next one starts. We didn't want this to feel like a factory line, and we didn't want anyone waiting to get in or feeling rushed out because of a clash with the next booking.

The Waiting Area

Your clients don't wait in a hallway. Our waiting area means privacy and confidentiality start the moment they walk through the door, a calm space to settle, have some water, and collect their thoughts before the session even begins. How a client arrives matters just as much as what happens in the room.

Frequently asked questions

Which days are the rooms available?

Room 1 is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Room 2 is mainly available on Fridays and weekday mornings. Both rooms are also available at weekends via key fob access.

This availability is subject to change at any time.

Can I book at weekends?

Yes, weekend access is via key fob, so you can come and go without needing anyone to let you in. Accessible access is not available at weekends. Weekend rates are the same as weekday rates.

What's the minimum booking length?

90 minutes — we don't offer hourly bookings, so you and your clients always have room to breathe. We didn't want this to feel like a factory line, with sessions squeezed back-to-back just to fit in as much as possible. It also means you're never waiting to get in because someone's session overran, or feeling rushed out because the next person's already arrived.

Can I book a regular weekly slot?

Yes. Regular half-day and full-day rates are available for a 4-week block, paid upfront. Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the 4-week window, with one extra week's grace if needed, so all 4 sessions must be used within 5 weeks of the first booking. Unused sessions after that are forfeited.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes, bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Weekends don't count toward the 24 hours, so a Monday session needs to be changed by the preceding Thursday.

Do you offer a better rate for regular bookings?

Yes, see the Regular half-day and Regular full-day rates above. Both require a minimum of 4 sessions, paid upfront and used within a 4-5-week window.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. As part of our rental contract, you'll need to confirm you hold up-to-date professional indemnity insurance, evidence of professional body membership, ICO registration, and a recognised qualification in a therapy modality that allows you to practise as a therapist, counsellor, or coach. You'll also need to maintain your insurance for the duration of the agreement.
